We manufacture precision injection molds that enable the production of plastic parts with very tight tolerances and high-quality surfaces. The manufacturing process depends on the complexity of the tool to be produced. Possible dimensions for tool manufacturing can go up to 500 mm x 800 mm.
Our manufacturing processes include:

Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) roducts
We manufacture custom-molded parts from liquid silicone rubber (LSR). These include, , parts made from solid material that can be inserted individually into a base body, such as:
- seals
- valves
- rings
It is also possible to overmold the silicone onto a base carrier or insert part.

Toolmaking and parts production
We not only manufacture tools for individual requirements in the injection molding sector, but can also take over the production of injection-molded parts using your tools on our premises on request.
In addition, we offer CNC contract manufacturing for precise single-part production, and the production of assemblies to customer specifications.
CAD Design and prototype manufacturing
We also offer you CAD design as well as the creation of article drawings based on customer samples or sketches. From the first idea through prototype manufacturing to the finished product, we will be by your side.
